An inviting store.
So good to shop in store on a visit to Chester. Multiple sizes available in my preferred tops so able to find the best fit. Bought three tops in two different sizes so the shop experience was easier than choosing which size might fit as I have to do online. Excellent sized fitting rooms.
Staff were on hand to help and most friendly.
A most pleasant store with an inviting layout.

Staff are always polite and helpful, I really like the rustic shop decor, it's very pleasant and makes Fatface different to other 'plain' brands.
Clothes are appealing and nicely made.

Comfort, quality and femininity
I have been a FatFace customer for about two and a half years. Since then I have noticed that the clothes in my closet are from there. They are well made, feminine, comfortable and of good quality. I have had a few disappointments that left me quite disappointed because I became attached to the clothes and had to get rid of them. But overall my trust and loyalty have only grown over time.

Easy to navigate website. Found the perfect item … denim top with added bonus of being in the sale. Delivered to my local store. I was kept up to date with delivery progress. Friendly staff in the Chester store when I collected.

Good selection of reasonably priced clothes for both men and women. Good fit and a range of lengths although a shorter length option in the midi dresses would be helpful.

The girls were really helpful and patient with my purchases and exchanges. My kids had an area to go and colour whilst I looked around the shop, which is handy and the staff ever suggested places to take my children too......The ice creams were amazing too thank you

Ordered on 2 of December for the 8th told it would be delivered on the 18th then after that had to cancel and reorder then sent to next store not fatface

A stress-free shopping experience.
After ordering I was kept informed when my parcel was delivered to the shop and given ten days to collect it.
The girl in the store was very pleasant, efficient and quickly found the item.
However I could have done with more options for a home delivery, as I was only offered one date which was not convenient.

Customer facing staff 100% ..... not pushy, knew their business.... Happy customer. BUT ordered on-line for delivery to store. It DID'NT happen on day .... no advisory from on-line .... added journey .... would have been cheaper delivery to destination!!
