Really good quality goods.,
Recently bought a long sleeve polo shirt,and also a white Tee shirt,both were of good quality arrived on time,would highly recommend,i also recently bought a Broadsands coat from your shop in Chester,great quality,but i should have looked on line, i paid £119.00,and could have saved nearly £50.00,if i had checked your sale.

Wonderful staff
We regularly visit as we’re always made to feel welcome. The dogs know where to sit to receive a treat and are forgiven for their greed.
The store has a cosy atmosphere which encourages us to wander. The fitting rooms have chairs for partners to wait. Clothes are always good quality which look good, feel comfortable and wash well.

Great quality and design. Great friendly staff.
Great quality and design. The only place I really buy my clothes from now. They last really well too. Also lovely children's clothes. Only disappointment is that the children's range in stores seem to be getting smaller and smaller and my daughter can't try the items on.

Shop and website were fab
Had called into the Chester shop for a jacket but they didn't have my size. Nevertheless, the staff there were fab, and picked up a little something for the grandson while I was in. Ordered the jacket from the website and it arrived promptly and as ordered. Happy all round.

Returned items twice into Chester…
Returned items twice into Chester branch and twice I was deducted money instead of a refund, suggest you consider retraining your till staff. Now I have to wait 3 to 5 days for the refund plus the additional deduction, priceless!
