A complicated return but the Manager was Top draw! Even received an additional amount of £5 on my credit for any inconvenience. Ended up purchasing two of the same item but in different colours. Well done Fat Face.

Excellent customer service
I was able to take advantage of an excellent Black Friday deal. I ordered online but a problem with placing the order and Royal Mail tracking meant that I never received delivery advice. Fortunately the customer service team were excellent and confirmed that my parcel had been delivered to our local store rather than my home address where I was able to collect it thanks to the helpful in-store staff
