Chatty friendly staff and have had many compliments about my purchase.
However, Fatface in general please stock more 18s and consider stocking size 20 and higher. It is frustrating that if you want to try a size 20 you have to order or travel to your foundation shop. How about providing the same quality service to all your customers no matter their size? I travelled to Whiteley where aI found 1 size 18 and a 22 which was a return. I like your clothes but am old fashioned and would rather try before I buy so I end up with more clothes from Seasalt.

We really do appreciate your feedback regarding our size availability in our stores/online. We are proud of being able to offer the size ranges that we do, and we have received such positive feedback from our customers about using a diverse range of models.
However, with this in mind, we do recognise that we need to ensure that we can make these sizes available to all of our customers, all of the time and as such are working very hard behind the scenes to make this happen across all of our shopping channels.
I am really happy to say that we will soon have our Click and Collect service up and running so that sizes/ online exclusives can be ordered online with free delivery to store, and then collected and tried on whilst you are there. This then gives you the option of returning any items there and then that aren’t suitable.

Brilliant staff in Fatface Chichester. Always friendly and helpful. Recently had to take back a pink denim type jacket which I ordered on line because the wrong size had been sewn in it. All sorted out, re-order and received another one fitting lovely. Wonderful staff. Really love Fatface style and quality and even my husband has been buying your polo shirts recently because they fit nicely and are a little longer than most other stores. So another convert to Fatface 😀
