Nice top now!
FatFace’s prices are a bit on the expensive side for me, but I treated myself to a top recently at the Chichester store. When I wore it for the first time, I noticed that the three buttons at the front of the top kept coming undone (revealing my underwear!) and that the buttonholes were too big for the buttons
(or vice versa!). I don’t have a store near me to return it, so decided to just sew the buttonholes up enough to stop them coming undone! I really like the top and will enjoy wearing it now, with this modification!

Good choice of summer clothing
It was great to be able to go into the shop and find such a nice selection of summer clothing with a good choice of sizes. I bought a dress and jumpsuit they are lovely quality and the price was reasonable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Best men's shorts
Thank you FatFace for supplying thick fabric shorts in three different lengths. The 12 inch leg length is perfect for 6'2" husband. No need for flimsy shorts and showing too much thigh at 73.

Tried to return item following instructions on return note to shop. Was told that wasn’t possible as paid by PayPal and I had to post them. Despite it clearly stating on the note they refused to take them saying the details on the return note were wrong. Have posted and still waiting for refund.

Great service, high quality, friendly staff
I ordered on line. My order arrived promptly. Unfortunately the size was wrong. I was about to return the order when I tested positive for Covid and had to isolate. When I completed the isolation period I phoned my local store in Chichester. A very helpful young man checked their stock, found the size I needed and agreed to hold it for me until the following day. When I went to collect it I was looked after by a lovely young lady and came away delighted with my beautiful jacket, my birthday present.
I have always found Fatface products high quality and this purchase is no exception.
Great service, high quality, friendly staff. Couldn't ask for more.

Great service from the lovely ladies in Chichester store today, checked online for availability of the size I needed for an item so I could take advantage of the 'buy one, get one half-price' offer - all searching, ordering and entering of delivery details done for me at the counter and email confirmation sent immediately.
