Great clothes
Great clothes, suit anyone, well made, nice shops and staff, men's shirts could do with being a few inches longer, no good for men 6foot and over, polo shirts for men in large could do with being slightly wider, next sizer for large r perfect, but fat face is far better quality, slightly alter the sizes and would be perfect,

I stumbled across this little shop in Conwy by chance, and was interested to look inside as I had just bought a couple of beautiful Fatface dresses in the Marks and Spencer sale. I was thrilled to discover another lovely dress, in the sale, and tried it on in the spacious, well lit changing room. It is perfect and a real bargain. The staff were interested, helpful and friendly. I was offered, and accepted, a handy paper carrier bag for 5p. My details were taken and I was asked to choose between a digital or paper receipt. I chose the former and was pleased to receive it swiftly by email. A delightful experience. Lovely clothes and a welcoming atmosphere.

I always buy from FatFace, the clothes are beautifully made, wash well and great sales. Staff are always willing to help, I've spoken to staff online and in store. All were very helpful.

Great service and a warm welcome as always in our local Conwy store, even the dog felt welcome. Excellent choice of menswear, which makes a change from most places, I had to stop myself from buying more. Will be back soon for everything else 😁.

Very helpful staff
I went into the shop in Conwy, North Wales on Saturday 10th September and needed some help with a return item and wanted to buy a birthday present for someone, there were two ladies on duty, they were both extremely helpful and made the whole experience very easy. Thank you so much.

Recent order
I ordered a jumpsuit in two sizes, the straps were too long, do the jumpsuit was too low at the front. Tried to see if I could have them shortened, but then the back of the jump suit didn't sit right. So both sizes were returned.
