Amazing customer service - above and beyond
Jess, manager at the Cribbs Causeway branch in Bristol, and her team were amazing.
I'm do not enjoy shopping, it's can be very stressful for me. But I have a wedding / holiday coming up and I needed to buy a couple things. My partner rang the store ahead of time for me and asked Jess to keep a dress aside for me, she was really understanding and didn't hesitate to help. Once I arrived in store her team were well informed and immediately helped me out. Thanks to everyone involved!

Nice quality products which are a good fit
Nice quality shorts which are a good fit. Fast delivery and well packed. Should last years. Have 4 pairs in different colours now and they look smart. Always good quality from Fat Face. Wife bought a beautiful pair of Culotte's in the shop on the same day.

Ordered online to collect in store which was available to pick up quickly.
Lovely jumper. Sizing is generous so ordered down a size which fitted perfectly. Have ordered another in different colour.

I would like to say a very big thank to sales assistant Steph at Cribbs Causeway in Bristol. This is not the first time she has helped me. She spent time with me and helped me select a few items from the many I tried. I was offered honest advice and given a much needed confidence boost. The clothes were the usual high quality from Fat Face.

I ordered my jacket online. It was out of stock, but I continued to check, and eventually it was back for sale. It was easy to order and I chose click and collect for my delivery. It was in my local store in 3 days. I am very pleased with my purchase!

It seems that pyjamas and socks are what people want at this time of year. 1st time I went to the shop there was very little stock...had to return..good job we don't live miles away.

Order accepted online but item said to be delivered but hadn't
I specifically ordered online to make sure that the items I wanted were available. So, although my order showed as 3 parcels being delivered to the store ( for me and the staff) only 2 could be found. The staff were helpful in that they spent a long time looking for the parcel and seeing if they had the item or could order it online but neither of these were possible.

The style and quality of the dress was very good. Disappointed that they didn’t stock petite so I had to pay for delivery. Petite version still too long, so I had to pay a further £15 to get it shortened. Therefore it became a very expensive dress

Great store, high quality clothing
From start to finish the whole process was great. I picked up my order with ease at my chosen store, tried everything on and retuned one of the items all within 15 minutes. The person working on the till was friendly and polite.
