In store the assistant checked stock and went out of her way to be helpful. The sales assistant ordered both jumpers which arrived over the weekend.

As always nice and simple to shop . No assistant constantly asking can I help you. But there if needed .

The store always looks great and is well-stocked, and the customer service is excellent. Staff are friendly and efficient and the clothes are always great quality.

I usually shop online but wanted to see what tops were available for hubby for Christmas. Always love Fat Face clothes and I'm like a kid in a candy store walking round the shop! Found far too many clothes I liked but managed to resist and bought hubby a great top ☺️

Always a good experience ordering with Fat Face. The correct items arrived for my child to try on at home, and then an easy returns process for any items that didn't fit.

Love my dress, funky style and good quality fabric. Returned the top as the cut was not flattering, but staff pleasant and polite about it.

I came into the Cribbs Causeway store right at the end of business hours on 15th September and was furiously grabbing many (many) dresses that seemed remotely breastfeeding friendly. Cue the very lovely Emma coming to my rescue! She saw my panic and quickly flew around the store finding me amazing options. Even with such a picky person as myself, she kept finding beautiful designs and patterns until we found the perfect dress for my event the next day (Adele Mono Floral Midi). I was so thankful for her assistance and when we attended the family event everyone raved about my new dress and I felt amazing- as a new mum postpartum I hadnt felt this comfortable in a dress in a long time! And added bonus, it's the best outfit I've found so far for feeding! I cannot thank Emma enough! She even gave me another dress to try out when it came into stock with the new season and I'm coming back in this week to get it!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and didn't mind that I bought and exchanged a few times until I got the sizes right. The online order was prompt in arriving.

I was given a £10. off code online as I had signed up to receive Fat Face emails. I visited Fat Face store, Cribbs Causeway with a printout of the email code & enjoyed choosing a T. shirt so I could use the voucher code. However, when I went to pay the assistants were unable to get the code to work - they said it was the day before the sales started so that was the cause. I showed them a copy of the email but they told me they could only give me 15% off & that £10. wasn't a normal discount. I was in a hurry so took their word for it & assumed I'd read the details incorrectly. When I got home & checked my email closely if definitely said £10. off treat!
I rang the store & the manager kindly said when I next called in with receipts etc. they would make up the difference. A bit of a pain having to make another journey to the Mall but it will give me a chance to look around the store again!
I also purchased a dress online which arrived promptly in time for me to wear to a family gathering. It then appeared in the sales at half price the day after, but that said I was very pleased with the dress & the delivery service. So, thank you, Fat Face.
I visited the store again today & was given a refund of £10. plus a huge apology for the above misunderstanding. As a goodwill gesture they also gave me money off the dress I bought online to reflect its sale price. I'm very impressed with the efficient & prompt action taken by staff to recompense me & thank everyone involved in making me feel a valued customer.

After talking to an extremely helpful sales advisor I was so impressed with the service. Being a larger lady she advised me to try a dress on which fitted perfectly other than the length but I can always alter that. Clare was so amazing I went home and spent another £62 on line. I wish the larger sizes were in store. Thank you Clare.
