I've always found Fatface clothes great value for money. Fatface tunics are my favourite and are made in very colourful fabrics!

I don't usually order clothes online
I don't usually order clothes online, but decided to do so, as there is a shop nearby where I could click and collect and return if necessary. In the event the trousers arrived punctually and fitted perfectly, so no need to return. Also very pleased with the quality.

Good but with a problem
Easy website and ordered for click and collect. It's arrived on time and we're nice. Unfortunately one item hadn't been checked properly and was very discoloured so had to obtain refund. Suggest that all items are checked before dispatch. Staff in store helpful.

Beautiful casual clothes
Beautifully made, well designed clothes. I do think the sizing is "off". As a size 10-12 in most outlets, I generally take an 8 at FatFace, so do factor in a bit of vanity sizing when ordering.
I have done instore and click and collect purchases, and never any problems.

Absolutely delighted with my new fat…
Absolutely delighted with my new fat face "Sutton" Jeans. It's so difficult to find 100% cotton jeans with no stretch and these are perfect for me! Perfect length too and great fit. We're in sale so extra good value. Order was delivered to store for me to collect and I was keep informed well.

Efficiency
Friendly, helpful staff in Eastbourne, plenty of stock. I bought three tops, and tried a dress, but decided I needed the next size.
I sent away for the dress, and was impressed with the quick response and delivery.

Great store, great staff and good prices.
I would like to say what great service I got at the Eastbourne branch of Fatface yesterday. The store was very well set out with sizes in order and staff were extremely helpful without being overbearing. Also the fitting rooms were nice and big with plenty of hooks. With help from the lovely staff, I was able to come away with dress for a wedding which I am very pleased with. I was made to feel special and the dress was a very good price as well. Thank you.

I could t get the jumper I wanted for my daughter for Christmas so i asked in store and they said I can order it online which I did and received within 2 days, very good service.

Spent £120 on a coat, no smiles in store
Where's the fun, upbeat vibes that there used to be? Shopping with Fat Face used to be enjoyable, now it feels like just another large corporation.
