Quality item, bargain price, excellent customer service
I had to return a pair of jeans ordered online. I returned them to store without charge. Excellent fast and friendly customer service. I then ordered a different pair online and click and collect service was again faultless. Bonus-second pair excellent quality and fit and also a bargain with a big discount.

Exceptional quality
I always buy most of my clothes from Fat Face because the quality is outstanding. The price is reasonable and the selection of different patterns and designs is exceptional.

The store is so well laid out and never…untidy
The store is so well laid out and never have to rake on the rail for my size well tended to . I am scared walking in as I know I always buy from the store . However not scared enough to stop going staff are always polite and helpful the clothes speak for themselves so no pressure sales which is great . Mwardrobe is practically all fat face as they are so comfort to wear
