Buchannan Street, Glasgow
Visited the Glasgow store recently, used to shop in the Glasgow Fort one all the time so try to visit this one whenever I am in the city centre.
The store is a delight to browse through. Very ample variety of stock out on the shop floor yet feels very spacious and easy to walk through.
Picked up a fantastic T-shirt for the summer and was served by Elizabeth at the tills - a lovely colleague who was a delight to chat to.
Hardly ever fill out customer surveys but wanted to show my appreciation for this store and the brand.

Overshirt
Ordered the shirt in the sale. Wanted blue but they only had grey in my size. Collected it from the fat face Glasgow store. Delighted to find they had it in blue in the store. I now have 2 shirts for the price of one.

Ordered gift online for click & collect at local store. Order was placed on24th March, received e-mail on 27th stating ‘order is on its way’. A full week later I received an e-mail advising order is ready for collection. I feel 11days is a long time to wait for an on line order!
