The staff were condescending and…
The staff were condescending and unhelpful when I was returning my item. They made me feel like I was trying to scam them because I’d paid using Apple Pay, which changes your card number. However, I had all of the receipts, order numbers and emails to prove that if purchased the items. I found the two women he served me to be rather unpleasant and unprofessional. They went so far as to suggest that the person who originally served didn’t exist. A young man, who was delightful by the way.

Absolutely incredible staff
Absolutely incredible staff, Christine and Julia were very helpful and charismatic. I ended up leaving the store with a pair of sandals and it was the first time I had even went into the shop!
The girls were 100% amazing and I cannot sing their praises enough. I hope that they recieve some kind of recognition from their management because the pair of them were phenomenal.
Plus, they have a great taste in music!
I won't lie though, they really were absolute legends!
