Went into the shop in Glasgow but didn’t have my size and very kindly offered to go on the website. I decided to do it when I get home, and got my delivery within days thank you.

Love fat face but their online courier Hermes is appalling.
Love fat face clothes.Always very good quality and fit me really well. The only issue I have is the courier they use for their online deliveries. I have had so many problems with Hermes, that until they reinstate their click and collect service, unfortunately I will not be doing any more online purchases with them. I will however say that Fat Face were great in resolving my issue and reimbursed me very quickly when my parcel went missing again. Please reinstate your click and collect service like a number of other stores I use.

Socks not sized as advertised
Ordered 4 pairs of the fairisle patterned socks. Comms and delivery were first rate but the socks themselves were a disaster. I am about a size 9.5-10. The socks are styled 7.5-11. But they were ridiculously small and tight. Threw out all 4 pairs. Useless.
