I had a great experience at the FatFace Great Malvern store. The shop is always well-presented, clean, and welcoming, with a lovely autumn range to browse. The staff, including Emily, Mikey, Maggie, and Travis, were friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to be helpful, even making shopping with kids pleasant! They efficiently sorted a refund and reorder for me without any hassle. Overall, fantastic customer service—would happily shop here again. Four stars!

I ordered 2 dresses, arrived in the shop quickly. I loved one and kept it but not the second. I received the refund very quickly.

My wife and I went yesterday afternoon and my wife bought a beautiful dress in the sale. Great value. The staff - Heather and Travis - were so welcoming, helpful and had a great sense of humour. We left with a warm glow. Thank you both for such a positive experience.

I'm fortunate to have a local Fatface shop. Staff always friendly and helpful. If they don't have the item I want in stock, it can be ordered and delivered to them, for free. The only drawback can be when items are out of stock, particularly in sizes 12 and 14, but that's life!

I make a lot of purchases from Fat Face. The quality of the clothes is great and I would have to go a long way to meet more helpful and friendly staff.

The staff here were incredible. I bought some shorts but then took them back to try and get a different colour. They looked for my size but they didn't have it. They talked me through my options and called a nearby store, asked them to check they had the right size and asked them to keep them for me. Thank you!

Whilst visiting the town last week, I called into the Malvern shop and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received by the staff there. Emily (the manager?) and Mickey/Mikey (?) were very attentive, knowledgeable and, surprisingly humorous. Such a refreshing change and a breath of fresh air considering the usual standards of shop staff in most shops these days.

Found the staff in Malvern branch extremely helpful and friendly. Always greeted when you walk in but not overbearing when looking.
I had ordered a top online which didn't fit and they organised a refund and ordered a different size very effiiciently.

Fatface Malvern is a joy to shop in, the shop is always beautifully laid out, the products are great quality and the staff are so friendly and helpful, especially when I'm shipping with my not so patient children! A special mention to Maggie and Travis who could not be more lovely, and who make shopping here a pleasure! I was served by Maggie today, who was great as always.

Collected from my local store in Malvern, always greeted with a smile and how are you today Mr Evans, cannot fault the lovely people that work in FatFace Malvern store, Travis is always up for a chat, although not seen him in there for a while, I hope he hasn't been moved on as he is a credit to the store and to FatFace.

Popped in this afternoon for a collection for my mother. The two sales assistants (Heather on the receipt and a young lady with glasses) were so friendly. They showed me round the offer thats on & I ended up with two new pairs on jeans! So refreshing to have helpful but not at all pushy staff on a rainy Tuesday!
