Well designed and good value, as well as being produced ethically
The products in FatFace are generally very well-designed and are ethically produced. I have had some lovely things from there, and have found the quality to be good and long-lasting. The staff in the local store are friendly and helpful, which is always a bonus.

Great staff
I went in to collect an online order of wellies in the sale. The staff were so welcoming and insisted my husband came in with our dogs too. They were so friendly and while I tried on the wellies to make sure they fit my husband was tempted to buy a t shirt for our granddaughter. We were given a gift receipt in case she didn’t like it (fussy 5 year old) but luckily she loves it. Quite expensive but excellent quality.

Searching for Stock
I was looking for the bag in the Malvern shop whilst visiting & unfortunately they did not have stock. The very kind assistant checked which stores had stock but none local to me. It was showing sold out online too. A couple of days later I rechecked online & there were 2 in stock so I immediately ordered & it arrived within a few days. So so pleased - I love it!!

Friendly staff
Friendly staff, easy pickup (and amazingly on the sale rack exactly the tankini pants that were missing from the online selection I had ordered).
The swimwear I had ordered was also perfect so I won't be sending anything back!

Recent hoodie purchase and collection
I was notified promptly by the store about a sudden closure due to very sad, unforseen circumstances and their apologies were given, despite it being beyond their control. Upon collection - staff in store were very polite and friendly.

The assistants in the shop were helpful…
The assistants in the shop were helpful understanding and patient as due to condition selecting footwear is problematic, but I came away with 2 pairs which is extremely good for me and thanks to their help.
On a more general not please no more plastic hangers!!!
