Love Fatface
Love Fatface! The clothes are great quality and lovely styles and patterns. Bought the dungaree shorts in pink, they fit well and are comfortable so bought the black ones too!
Staff were super helpful with finding sizes and helping with online order.

Dressed like a princess, by a magical shop assistant!
Went to look for a dress for my teenaged daughter for her cousin's wedding, where she will be in the bridal party. Assistant Danni was amazing! He anticipated our needs; searching out the colour of dress she wanted in the size she needed, and giving us advice on footwear that worked well for it. We came away fully prepared for the occasion; my daughter is thrilled with our purchases and the whole experience was made magically easy.

Friendly efficient staff
Ordered online to be delivered to store. It was no hassle, email when it was dispatched and when it arrived in store as you would expect. Harrogate staff were quick and efficient and friendly. The clothes are quality, they always that's why I shop at Fat face. Even found another sale bargain whilst in store.

I bought a pair of wellingtons. I have worn them several times but the first time in the water and I got a wet foot! I only had a credit card transaction proving my purchase but was still given a refund. Thanks to Danny at the Harrogate store. Great customer service.

I purchased 2 items in the sale from…
I purchased 2 items in the sale from the Harrogate shop 27/01/24. On looking at my receipt at I home I noticed I had been charged VAT on the sale price which was quire wrong. I returned to the shop to return the goods and objected to this incorrect pricing. I was given a totally unconvincing excuse involving the bar codes. A refund was agreed and processed onto the debit card used to buy the goods. I am still waiting for my refund to be processed 2 weeks later.

The staff in the Harrogate branch of Fatface are always so helpful. I needed help with something on line and the young assistant found me the product code, wrote it down for me and also checked to see if the item was still available in my size. Nothing was too much trouble. That is standard practice from the staff in there it seems.

The online cost differed from the cost in the shop
I bought an Allie crossbody bag in the Fat Face shop and it cost £59. When I returned home I found that the cost online would have been £55. Why this discrepancy in price? Whilst happy with the bag, I'm not happy at paying more than necessary.

Really helpful lady in my local shop
Really helpful lady in my local shop, but the item I wanted was unavailable. I ordered online and picked up from the shop 2 days later. Great service and the jumper is perfect.
