The best summer sale
Great summer sale. Loads of choice and fab discounts. Delivery was quick and all unwrapped ready to try on, no excess plastic which was a nice touch. Brilliant summer haul. Also bought loads in the shop. Love my local Fat Face.

Quallity product. Questionable returns policy.
I collected the item from my local Fat face store. The problem I had was that the item did not fit so I had to get a smaller size. Surely I could have just exchanged it but I had to get a refund to my card and pay again, the exact same price. Also, I collected my item from the store but was unable to get the replacement delivered to the store for some reason.

Super friendly staff, always happy to help. I went in to return an item and they advised that as it was paid by PayPal that I needed to post it. They packaged the item up for me so I could do it if at the post office rather than having to take it back home.
