Really helpful staff
I bought a Green wax swing jacket in size 12 but the style was too big for me and I had to keep going down one size. The staff were so helpful giving advice on what they thought suited me best. Eventually I bought a size 8 which is perfect. I really appreciated how attentive they were

Couldn’t return one pair of shorts…
Couldn’t return one pair of shorts which were too small at your Haywards Heath shop because I couldn’t produce my Pay Pal receipt. The need to be able to do this should be in the return to shop section of the returns leaflet not further down the page. Hear is good this was really annoying.

Great products
So glad click and collect is back! Super quality items and real bargains in the summer sale. The staff at the Haywards Heath store are really helpful and friendly why can't shopping always be like this!

Very good website and easy online ordering. Bought gifts for my nieces which they are going to love. The collection service from a store is very efficient just a shame the shop in Lewes (the county town!) was closed but Hayward Heath was kept open

On expensive side but good quality
Really like Fat Face designs, colours and selection. Always good quality. And the Haywards Heath store, although small, offers a good variety of clothing and accessories and has lovely, very helpful staff
