Went to Helmsley store to collect and try on my item, sadly fit came up a bit small (shame as it was a lovely jacket) so returned it, no problems, staff in shop as friendly & helpful as ever.

I have recently bought in-store and on-line. Both experiences were good, particularly in-store as obviously one can see and try on the items. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I returned one item bought on-line in-store, as ordered two sizes to try. Return was straightforward and easy. The on-line purchase arrived very promptly.

The Helmsley store is great!

I visited the shop in Helmsley
I visited the shop in Helmsley where I was staying for a few days. The shop was much bigger than any other I have visited and had a great variety of different clothes. I was lucky to find a few tops in my size among the sale items and finished off with a full price pair of jeans. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I was very impressed by my visit.

instore collection
Went to Helmsley store to collect and try on my item, sadly fit came up a bit small (shame as it was a lovely jacket) so returned it, no problems, staff in shop as friendly & helpful as ever.

The sizingI usually need standard length trousers and needed the longer option this time.
