We came into Kingston shop to return a pair of trousers for my girlfriend’s elderly father. The Australian lady started shouting at us saying how this is illegal because it wasn’t the buyer returning the item. My girlfriend was spoken to in absolute atrocious manner. No need to be so rude! When asked for her name she refused and walked off.

I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed after your recent visit to our Kingston store.
I have investigated this with the store directly, and they have confirmed that although your girlfriend had the card, she was not the card holder for the purchased item. In line with returns policies, the card holder does need to be present to gain a refund to their card.
I am however sorry in the way that this was communicated to you, and we will be sure to follow this up through the appropriate channels.

Really like the originality of the menswear. Well made and good value for money. I really hope the brand doesn’t get watered down now that it’s owned by Next. But I do hope Next will apply there logistics expertise and get to a next day delivery situ. That why I’ve given 4 stars rather than 5. FF delivery from order is one of the longest on the High Street

Staffs attitude
We went into change my husbands shorts that had been bought on line , same style different motif . The 2924 size was an inch bigger.
Shop assistant not interested, but returned money.
We went to look at men’s shorts and the shop manager( I think ) was completely unhelpful.
I was going to purchase a dress, but left the shop because of the poor attitude of staff.

I love Fat Face and have shopped within your stores for many years and never had a problem with anything that I have purchased. I always get my family to get me Fat Face gifts for Birthday or Xmas which I love to have
But today shopping I brought a lovely back pack bag which looks great but once I got home unpacked the packaging from the bag i noticed a security tag inside the bag! The alarm did not go off and I don’t live near a FF shop to get it removed ? I was planning to go away in the next few days with this bag BUT with a tag on it I won’t be able to take it with me ?? This is very upsetting and now I’m going to have to some time when I can to return to get the tag removed and this is not easy as I have a disabled mother who even gave me money towards this bag and I will have to return with her as I cannot leave her alone at home ? Please can confirm you got my unfortunate low review as I am very disappointed in the service today as the young man should of checked the bag before I left the store as a routine thing as the bag was not cheap hence being tagged

Staff at kingston store are great!
Went into the kingston store and found the perfect green hoodie. Staff were very friendly and helpful, I much prefer in store to online as always find I need to try things on to get the right size of clothes.
