Tailored customer service
Visited the Leeds Thorpe park store looking for a wedding guest outfit, after explaining to a young lady working there the colour scheme I was aiming for she gave me multiple options, explaining which dresses were popular and which were in the offer.
Lovely to have this customer service while shopping nowadays

FatFace has brilliant clothing quality…
FatFace has brilliant clothing quality and helpful staff, but my experience wasn't perfect. My order wasn’t confirmed as arrived, and the shipping packaging (a plastic bag) caused issues. While the items were untouched, it could've been more secure. Sizes run small, but the sale prices were a positive. Mixed feelings overall.

exceptional customer service at the store in The Springs in Leeds. I have been a regular customer since it opened.....i only own fatface dresses...and without fail your staff are wonderful. The shop could do with a tidy but aside from that everything’s good - pleasant and friendly staff, good gear and fast delivery.
Aiesys wait for a sale though - if you buy at full price you’ll get screwed 24hours later when everything is 25% off.
