Lovely choices
Lovely choice, great fabrics, always feel good in what I pick. The whole family have bought loads recently ready for a cruise holiday. Was hard to stop buying tbh😀 The springs store is lovely. Lots of room to move around and big changing rooms

Excellent service The Springs Leeds
My first time in a Fat Face store and it was an excellent experience, the clothes are of a really good quality and feel well made, I purchased the Tasha denim jacket from The Springs store in Leeds. Angela served me and she was so friendly and had great customer service skills. I will be back

Ordering online was easy. Communication was good and items arrived when I was told they would. Staff at The Springs were very polite and helpful, even packing the items in my bag for me.

Lovely soft leather boots, however unfortunately I had to return them as they were too small ( I am a normal size 5). Helpful staff.

Extremely helpful staff
01/11/23-lunchtime. Spring, Thorpe Park, Leeds.
On this visit I was collecting an online order. When entering the store the friendly staff were both extremely helpful & welcoming. The parcel was quite large and Angela went above and beyond to make carrying it easier for me!
I would also like to thank FatFace for their truly dog friendly policy. I return regularly to the FatFace store at Spring, Leeds, as I am not only able to bring my dog, but the staff are so lovely with her. This store in particular is a credit to the brand.
