Excellent service at London Bridge station branch
I went to the London Bridge station Fatface on Thursday evening to try on some boots. The two saleswomen were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel very comfortable in asking for different types and sizes and showing me the changing room. It was a pleasure to shop there!

London Bridge Review From a Canadian with Lost Luggage!
Went to the FatFace at London Bridge station as we were looking for clothes because our luggage got lost! Eralena or Evalena (I’m unsure of the spelling) and Grace were amazing and wonderful and great to talk too! We got some awesome socks as well :) It was such a relief of everything and great to have a conversation with them. I truly recommend going to FatFace at London Bridge Station any day, because you’re in for a real treat from those ladies!

I bought a lovely red/ rust maxi dress at London Bridge. The staff were super helpful and gave me advice on what colour cardigan to wear. The dress made me feel like a million dollars and I wore it to a wedding!

Because so many FatFace stores have closed (no stars for that!) I had a dress ordered online to return and rather than going to the Post Office and as I was going to be at London Bridge station, I decided to return my dress to the store there. Stupidly I had brought the wrong paperwork with me so it didn't apply to the dress I was returning. The two ladies working there couldn't have been more helpful and worked out another way of getting me my refund, all with friendly smiles. Top service, thank you!!

The customer service here was absolutely fabulous. The two women working there on 11-8-2022 were not only friendly, they were extremely helpful and kind. Thank you for the bandage for my daughter's foot! The bee socks rock and the shoes fit her perfectly.

Helpful staff who know the products
I always have problems finding trousers long enough 36" inside leg. I went into this shop just for shorts - however the helpful guy in the shop not only found me some but also showed some long pants that fitted also! I was surprised that he found some to say the least and was very helpful and knew the products and so bought shortsand long trousers. Genius!

Poor customer support
Wouldn't reimburse me when returning items, wanted to give me gift card as the amount on the receipt did not say how much the gift card was for. When I called head office they said that the person could have called them and they would have been able to handle it. Now I have to carry items to a post office after already carrying them all the way to the store. I used to LOVE that brand, not sure I'll buy from them again after this. Very poor customer support.
