Very generous sizing
Bought this item having seen it on a friend. Something I never normally do. She had to wait 4 days for delivery, whereas I received it in less than 24 hrs, which was good. Probably the most I've ever spent on a jumper. But it's branded as a Peanuts item so that may account for it. Having seen my friend, who has a sizeable bust fit into a 10, I ordered a size8 and it is a very nice fit. I tend to be between an 8-10 depending on the brand. Sometimes I'm even a 12. Great for autumn nights. Just to note - I picked it up from Next, not from the Fatface store.

Return of an item
Whilst the young lady behind the counter was pleasant it became apparent that the product I returned had someone elses name on the receipt & i was told the product had previously been sold online & therefore the manager had to call the relevant department to sort things which took ages.

A great Customer experience
A great Customer experience, primarily due to the very friendly and helpful staff member who assisted me. The products purchased were of the normal high standard although the pricing is quite high compared to other equal quality brands.

Friendly, helpful staff
The friendly, young man I spoke to helped me find the shirt I was looking for, and accepted my discount card immediately. The shirts are great quality too.
The store was also nice and cool!!

I like some of the things that I buy…
I like some of the things that I buy from fat face. They are long lasting and wash and wear very well. I am not too keen on longer dresses and skirts. I am not very tall. I am very happy with what I have bought from them over the years
