Beautiful clothes, great price and environmentally friendly
I love my local branch but there's a great website too, easy to use. Beautiful clothes, many environmentally friendly fabrics all at a good price.
The staff are all very friendly and give great advice too.

Order and pick up in store
I arranged to pick up in store to save postage. It came really quickly and when I picked it up I was able to swap the shorts to the colour I preferred that hadn’t been available online. Brilliant customer service.

Great service from all the staff very friendly and always welcoming in the Maidstone Fremlin Walk store. Only shop for clothes there or on line if they have not got the item in stock. Love the fit and colours of the clothes FatFace has to offer.

I had a problem with an online order where the manufacturers sizing was wrong. I went into Maidstone store to return and they dealt with me with no fuss. I ordered a replacement online and had it delivered to Maidstone and received it with no problems.

Really like Fat Face clothes especially when there’s a sale on. A couple of weeks ago I saw a lovely red dress in Fat Face and was so happy when the price dropped , I immediately bought it ….it fits perfectly ❤️
