I ordered some items online
I ordered some items online - not all of them suitable because of poor fit or design or not appearing as photos. All items were of excellent quality though, something I have come to expect from Fatface. What I really like is that I knew it would be easy to return any unwanted items to my local store in Maidstone where the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Hence the 5 stars even though not everything in my order was suitable.

This is our favourite shop in Maidstone! The clothes are good quality and have lovely variety for men and women as well as lots of gifts that are perfect stocking fillers at Christmas. The staff are really friendly too.

Honestly, the best customer service I’ve received in years!
Today I went into fat face in Maidstone looking for a shirt for a birthday present, Meg and Ellis could not be more helpful. They were so happy and attentive to my shopping needs, some of the friendliest staff/management I’ve ever spoken too.
I’ve shopped in here for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my over shirts!
If I could give a million star review that still wouldn’t be enough!!

I popped into store today to grab a…
I popped into store today to grab a sale jumper I regretted not buying the week previous, to find the sale had gone. I was asked if I needed help and I expressed I was too late with the sale and that maybe next year I’d have more luck, my own fault for not getting it when I saw it. A lady called Megan went out of her way to find the jumper from what I had described and I ended up leaving with two. The one I wanted and the same in grey. Megan was really helpful and happy to help. One of the nicest and friendliest stores in town.
