Loved the style of the bag but .......
Loved the style of the bag but it was more of a tan colour than orange and wouldn't go with my planned outfit - Sadly had to return and look elsewhere. I had ordered online but picked up in store in Market Harborough.

Bonafide customer service …
I ordered a jacket for my wife online to collect in store, collected am and sadly the jacket did not fit, returned pm for a no quibble refund. First time we have needed a refund, although sometimes expensive I have an anorak that just won’t wear out. I use it for walking the dog, unfortunately this anorak is no longer available. Purchased when we moved to Market Harborough 2012

Replacement ladies jumperper
Originally bought a ladies jumper from the Market Harbourer store just before Christmas. Unfortunately a hole appeared under the arm. Took garment back to the store where the staff were amazing on both occasions. Issued a refund immediately with no fuss. Went on line reordered the same jumper and it was delivered within a few days. Great company and will definitely use the MH store again.
