Excellent Customer Service
Had a very good experience in Fat Face Sheffield Meadowhall yesterday . After helpful advice from the assistant I decided to order a dress and denim jacket as they hadn’t my size in store. Easy enough you would think but there were problems with the computer . There always is when someone is watching ! It was sorted but all the staff were very apologetic . I left feeling like a valued customer rather than what often happens as being classified a silly old pensioner!Well done Fat Face Meadowhall.

Please with the overall order process , although I was disappointed to see that I was unable to collect my order from store. The ‘collect from Store’ seems to be hit and miss, sometimes available, sometimes not.

Great Christmas Present!
Couldn't find the correct size in store and wasn't available online. The store manager said keep checking online and it may come available. It worked and I got the present for my wife! I saw the manager when I collected my parcel and thanked her

Highly recommend quality and fit
Fantastic, my main reason for clothing order was I wanted a pair of jeans & fatface did a short length. I’ve tried various other stores & ordered short/petite, all the pairs I ordered the inside leg was 30 inches obviously NOT short or petite, not Fatface absolutely perfect fit and inside leg length as stated.
Also ordered my husband jeans again perfect fit and perfect fit shirts.
Fantastic quality both jeans and shirts.
Highly recommend for quality and fit.

Tried a dress on in store but wanted a…
Tried a dress on in store but wanted a size that was only online so the assistant ordered it for me to be delivered to my address. Unfortunately Royal Mail managed to twice mess up the delivery meaning it missed the occasion I wanted to wear it for and also they delivered it to the wrong address - but Fat Face got in touch and reordered and had it sent to my correct address (RM were still late and ‘attempted’ delivery when they didn’t) but Fat Face went above and beyond and now I have my dress and I love it!
