FatFace in Oxford had shocking customer service. Went in and 3 staff members were lounging about at the front of the shop and failed to do any greetings. When asked for help, they rolled their eyes and showed complete disregard to my needs.

Oxford store
Lovely store, plenty to choose from and friendly staff. I was served by Cam who was very helpful and could not of been more attentive. Sound advice and great product knowledge from him, thank you.

Poor staff..
4 members of staff all failed to greet us. Found what we wanted then stood for more than 5 minutes at an unstaffed till. 2 staff ignored us and continued doing nothing. Eventually another who seemed busier hailed another at the other end of the store. She sauntered across. No greeting or a thank you and no idea about return Xmas dates and clearly wasnt going to make any effort to find out. Interestingly the store was empty. We shall be reluctant to visit FF again. Bit of staff training needed and a realisation that customer service and money in the till are high priorities.

The assistant Courtney
The assistant Courtney, who served me did not interact with me and not a smile out of her. Service was shocking and never spoke as she was scanning the items. Considering the usual great service I normally receive her attitude was not acceptable.

Forgotten and Returned Purchase
Vicky, Assistant Manager at Oxford, saved the day when I left my purchase in store! She kindly offered to post it, special delivery, in her own time and at her own expense.
I was soon going to return to my home in Australia, so was unable to go back and collect it myself. Vicky was so helpful and refused payment for the postage, but I insisted.
Vicky went above and beyond what was expected of her and is a credit to Fat Face. I trust they take notice!

Great products and helpful staff
Great selection of products and super helpful staff. Bev was attentive and quick to sort me out. The only glitch was an IT issue which led to it taking a while to process my return. That is not a reflection on Bev's performance.

Store pickup process is broken
I've always been happy with Fatface orders but they have a new process for store pickup which is broken.
The app portal says my order has arrived, the store insists they need to have a barcode from an email that never arrived and can't do anything otherwise, even though delivery date has passed and the item is shown as delivered to branch in my account.
Very frustrating.

The till went down and my server, Bev, didn’t get flustered, but handled it all very calmly and politely. Bev was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable - a credit to your company.
