Denied a refund
Went into Oxford store return an item form my wife, took all the documents required and her card but was refused as I was not the cardholder. number 1 sexist, how did they know I was not the cardholder. (Any female could have achieved this refund) number 2 , the refund policy doesn't state the cardholder must be present, this made it an awful experience for me as a customer and the manager who had to explain fat faces non existent card holder must be present policy. I never had a problem with any other retailer doing this.

On 12.08.2022 Fatface Queens Street gave me very good service
On 12.08.2022, I visited Fatface, Queens Street Oxford.
I bought some green shorts, but the fit was not quite right, so I exchanged them for a larger size.
I now have 3 pairs of shorts: 1 green, 1 khaki, 1 blue.

I visited the Oxford store yesterday and had a wonderful experience. I was assisted by a very helpful Eleanor, who is a credit to your company, very polite and went out of her way to help me. Fantastic clothing.
Highly recommend this store.
I have been shopping at Far Face for a long time and this was the best store I have visited.

Shoes too small
Shoes too small, so returned at Oxford store with no problems. Shame they didnt have the shoe in store, or would have tried another pair. Cant be doing with ordering online anymore.

Using PayPal means you cannot return to store for a refund
Not ideal that you cannot take a product back to a shop if you bought it online using PayPal. Wasted trip to Oxford yesterday to be told this. ( the return slip says you can take back to a store!)
If you have an issue make it obvious online and we can use another payment method so we can take back to store for a refund if needed

its a very long time since I have had such lovely, helpful customer service at the Oxford (Queen Street store) I always struggle to find Jeans or Trousers that are a good fit but the lovely staff knew their products and helped me to find a perfect fit.

Visited Fat Face in Oxford. The shop is beautifully displayed and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. As always I love the top I purchased. Products are well made with unusual designs. My favourite brand.
