I was loooking to buy a Snood. I saw one on the Fatface website. I ordered it for collection from the Paddington Station store. I was kept fully informed about the order. It arrived in a couple of days. I collected it and was given a nice Fatface Christmas bag. Very good service. Thank you.

Friendly helpful staff. Greeted as soon as I entered to pick up something ordered online. Staff checked my info quickly & asked if I wanted a bag to put my items in since it was raining. Staff thanked me & said bye. Good service. Professional staff.

Quick, efficient and painless - I placed the order on 17 March and it was ready to collect on 19 March, importantly at any time convenient for me because the store keeps it for several days. So much easier on the nerves than home delivery. My (fairly) local store is in Paddington Station, so presumably is very handy for commuters too.

The jumper and top are fine. But when I went to collect the first time on Sunday, the staff were unable to hand them over as the stock room was locked and the person who had the key wouldn't be there for another hour. I had to return on a different day.
