Ordered several items in the Sale and unfortunately had to return a couple of item as not suitable. The two members of staff who assisted me with refund and then an additional purchase were both friendly and helpful. There names were Justi and Shelley.
If these two are a reflection of your customer service your company will do well. You are lucky to have them.
Also I should mention the qualty of the products are their usual high standard.

complication when trying to resolve error.
Myself and my husband use Fat face a lot. My husband was given a gift card for christmas, and ordered online two shirts, one full price and one in the sale paying the extra , both XL. The delivery was sent and in the package was an XL sale shirt and a medium full priced shirt. We checked and was informed we could take the shirt into store, they had a full price XL but instead of just exchanging, refunded with a split payment and made my husband pay for the shirt. so now although he wants the shirt part of the money is now on the gift card so he has no choice to buy more products. If a shop can arrange a split refund through the till I can not see why they can not rectify the error by exchanging the medium with the XL. Update : Thank you Fat face for looking into my experience, and resolving it quickly. You Explained that your policy was to complete a straight exchange where the error was yours, and kindly refunded the cost of the shirt.

tried to help the shop by ringing to say I would not collect my order. The shop girl told me she had my order, but couldnt help. She gave me a number to ring for help. I rang straight away; the number was closed for calls. I sent you an e mail, but have had no reply. Your clothes are nice, but your c.s. sucks.

Quick and efficient click and collect
I rarely use online shopping but found a garment that I wanted to buy as a Christmas present so chose click and collect.
The order was quick to complete and it arrived on store within days. I was regularly informed of it's progress.

Bought quite a lot as part of the Black Friday sale - some items didn't quite work, but the staff in the Peterborough store couldn't have been more friendly in sorting out the refunds.
