I love Fatface
I love Fatface, their clothing is well made and the sizing is true, they don't skimp on fabric.
Their store staff are always helpful and friendly, the shop is clean and well laid out with great changing rooms that have plenty of hooks, proper locks, mirrors and lighting.
I have never brought a bad item and will continue to buy from them, returns are also easy. Oh yeah try their hand gel, it smells lovely.

Excellent t no fuss service
Ordered some lovely ankle boots which arrived the next day and were exactly what I wanted and expected. Sadly, they proved unsuitable (my foot problem, not the boots') and so had to be returned, a process which was made easy by the return label included (and free). And my refund was instant the minute the boots got back to them so all in all a painles and satisfactory transaction. Shame about the boots though...

Love Fatface. Have been a regular shopper here for years now. I love and hate the winter sale in Equal measures because I end up buying loads and spending a fortune!!
