This lovely shop in the centre of Rhosneigr village is just wonderful. Liz is like a fizzy bottle of champagne. So so friendly and helpful. Aide is always on hand to help too and is amazing with my little dog.

Once again popped into our favorite shop, met by the wonderful smile and cheery welcome of Liz, a great ambassador for your company. Managed to bag some sale bargains again thank you Liz for sorting us out.

I’ve visited this little gem of a shop many times over the past few years. Liz, one of the sales assistants has been an absolute blessing to my shopping experience. She always greets me with a massive smile and a cheery hello. She has taken her time to get to know me, my style, and preferred colours. Always helpful and goes above and beyond. She is quite literally one of the best shop assistants I’ve ever met. Thank you Liz.

Service second to none. Helpful, friendly service from Rhys, Liz and Alexandra - nothing too much trouble, always a smile. With a special shout out to Liz - who went above and beyond in finding me the perfect outfit. Definitely my go to shop.

Love the Rhosneigr shop. All the staff are really pleasant and helpful. Elizabeth helped me with my transaction and was really friendly and chatty.

Upon entering I was struck with massive smiles from Adrian. He showed me around the store knowing every little detail of every item he showed us, with confidence he helped pick what suited and what sizes to go for. I am amazed with the costumer service I received, and it quite frankly it made my day. We will be visiting again soon and you have found a loyal costumer in me. Visited on Saturday 15th July. A very wet very windy day. The 2 staff on duty were friendly courteous and went above and beyond with their level of service. Got what I needed then when I came home ordered what they didn’t have in my size on line. Lovely lovely people. They would have done all that for me but as we were on a camping trip I declined their offer

I recently visited Rhosneigr on Anglesey and popped in to Fat Face. I was served by a lovely young lady called Tess who was incredibly polite, friendly and so helpful. What an absolute credit to Fat Face and I will not only return to the store but will be buying online from Fat Face thanks to her help and guidance with sizing and styles that work for me! Thank you Tess!

Having visited FatFace in Rhosneigr, as we do whenever we are in the area, the store looked really well organised and attractive, helping our shopping experience greatly!

May I extend my praise to an excellent employee called Rhys Williams at your Rhosneigr store on Anglesey. I was in a panic to get some new clothing for a holiday in Portugal, he spent a lot of time getting to know my preferences and assisted me in choosing items which I wouldn’t have usually thought would’ve suited me. I kept all the items, no returns! And am extremely happy with my new wardrobe.

We’re on holiday in Anglesey, and have called into your shop in Rhosneigr, where we have both purchased items.
However, we want to take this opportunity to say what a joy it was to shop there, a lovely clean tidy shop, staffed by two of what must be your best employees - Liz and AD, they were welcoming, so friendly, polite, helpful without being at all pushy, relaxed, we came away feeling so happy that we’d visited and will definitely return.
Many thanks to them for the great service, and I hope that you can show our appreciation, they deserve this good review and a lot more.

We have been visiting the Rhosneigr Fat Face store regularly when on holiday. Today we went in as my other half needed some new t-shirts, which are always good quality. The staff (Liz and Tess) were superb nothing was too much trouble and they were totally unperturbed by the three year charging round the store pretending to be Spider-Man. Will be sure to visit when we are next in the village.

When in Rhosneigr I always pay a visit to the Fat Face store.The store is one of the best Fat Face stores I have visited.The staff are great,especially Liz who is really friendly and very helpful..I seldom leave without buying something…A total recommend…❤️
