Good value in the sale
My coat which I bought in the sale, arrived as requested to our local shop which saved postage charge. It was originally £140 but I bought it for £65 which was a much fairer price.
The coat is well made and the lines in the check material are all lined up, which is a must, so I was very happy about that.

Friendly Fat Face Staff
I just feel the need to review the Rugby store as they are such pleasant staff. I had wanted a blouse that had gone into the sale and the staff had told me to keep trying to get online. It finally came back into stock and I ordered to store. Tried it on and fitted perfectly. Always very accommodating and friendly.

It would help greatly that delivery for collection dates are accurate and include the whole order. It is very annoying to have an email telling you that items are ready for collection and when you turn up there are items not there. Its not only inconvenient but is lying as when ordering it gives you a expected date which is just not true. Its not the first time either, several previous orders have been messed up this way too. Surely by now you could have sorted out deliveries.

Fantastic clothing range at fatface
I never have a problem with fat face and the staff are extremely well trained but also very friendly. Ready to give advice if needed. The clothes are quality for the money but I must admit most of the time I wait for their sales. The clothing washes well and fits well. Something different I think to other stores My favourite shop of all.
