On line purchasing…
I had been searching for a shirt on line and one popped up and it was exactly what I wanted. Ordering was simple and I was able to collect from The Rugby shop at Elliot's Field, so no postage.
The staff were most welcoming and I walked out of the very pleased. It is a shop I like to visit and the clothing is good quality.

Nostalgic memories
I ordered a garment I used to wear over thirty years ago.It was - and still is - American style: a checked shirt over a T-shirt.
With my daughter we visited a Fatface shop in Rugby, and I immediately saw it. Unfortunately, they did not have my size. I ordered it online and it was delivered the following day!
The shirt I’d warm and soft even to bare skin and the raglan cut of the sleeve makes it more comfortable and womanly looking.

A pleasant shopping experience but I just wish the dress/skirts lengths would be made for us petite ladies at just under the knee length. I would buy a lot more from Fatface if only the lengths were right. Love the fabrics and colours its just getting the length right and lots of my friends think the same too. Delayed delivery and kept up to date
I purchased this staple skirt in the summer and saw it in the sale - I had to get it in a smaller size as it’s a classic that will never go out of fashion.
Delivery was delayed although I was kept up to date and didn’t cause a problem. I popped to store to collect and was dealt with efficiently.

Hat flat on collection
I ordered a straw hat, travelled 20 miles to pick it up, and it was flat in the collection bag. Hats of this nature need to be packed with some protection to maintain shape,

Superb customer service
Popped into the branch at a retail park near Rugby. The gentleman serving couldn’t have been more helpful. I was interested in a pair of chinos which he said would be in the sale next week and would be free local collection. Waited a week and purchased them £20 cheaper with free collection from my nearest branch. All in all , a great service.
