Helpful store staff
I needed to change the size of a sweater and a replacement was ordered on the shop and arrived quickly. Thd staff on Saffron Walden are great. My bisbsnd and I have many fat face items.

Customer service experience
I rang customer service about an instore order that did not arrive when it was supposed to (in time for my holiday). I wanted a refund and the store where I placed my order was a very long way from the delivery store near me. Carl listened, outlined options and rang various stores to ask questions about my experience. He called me back 3 times when he said he would and finally advised that he could refund my payment over the phone. Top service!

A happy vibe welcomes me in the Saffron Walden branch. The staff here are always so friendly and helpful. They genuinely give good customer service and offer to order if sizes are unavailable in store.
The shop is well merchandised and the quality is great.
Ordering service is easy and quick and I like the option to collect from my local store.

This shop is very welcoming
This shop is very welcoming, full of character and the staff are super friendly. We spent a while shopping there and both Gunes and Gemma were very helpful. It's a smaller, more personal experience than other locations... Happy to recommend.
