Customer service at the Saffron Walden Location
I was there for an hour at the Saffron Walden locating where I was diligently cared for throughout my stay by both Debs and Callum. There insight into everything to do with clothes was extraordinary, knowing just what I wanted and how I wanted it to look. There service was top notch and they never dropped their warm and inviting smiles throughout, even if I was being hyper picky.

I ordered into store, it came very quickly and the staff who handled the order in the shop were lovely and efficient. The items were just as described and wonderful quality which I'm sure will last a long time. There was plenty of confirmation and updates on the order over email. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Contacting the manager who has kindly agreed to put aside a coat which I'll collect on sat 20th. Excellent customer service. I would have given 5 stars but when I originally tried on the coat it had mistakenly been priced at £40 instead of £60. The staff member said I couldn't buy it at £40. I felt deflated at the time and that's why I didn't buy. I later telephoned the manager when I felt less down to arrange a pickup.
