Outstandng Customer Service
I purchased chinos online but they were incorrectly sized (36R but were infact 36S). I took them to the store on Ecclesall Road, Sheffield and Fabian, the manager,couldn't have been more helpful. He reordered the trousers and they arrived within 3 days. However, Fatface appear to have altered the colour range and the trousers that arrived were not the colour I thought I'd ordered. Again I took them back to Eccclesall Raod store and again, Fabian was extremely accommodating. They actually found an old style and colour chino in their store room. I was absolutely delighted - and absolutely delighted with the customer service.

Outstanding service in the Ecclesall Road, Sheffield store this morning. The staff member was really helpful and enthusiastic, looking for other stock in the storeroom and he gave really helpful information about other styles available.

I ordered a coat online and when it came it was a perfect fit but had a broken zip pull.
No more left online I rang the Meadowhall store who said that although they hadn't got a replacement, there was one at the other store in Sheffield.
Next morning I was able to do a straight swap to the undamaged coat.
Very helpful, no nonsense customer service that was friendly and efficient.

Items always arrive quickly in recyclable packaging.The quality and styling is very good, interesting details , and the garments last several years with care. Love the designs .They could be more imaginative with the range, better coats and dresses but knitwear is particularly good.
