My item was supposed to arrive the next day at the shop for pickup. I had a message on the day to say that there was a problem and that the item had not reached the shop. Since then, I’ve had no further contact and it is a week now.
I rang them and a helpful lady apologised and has ordered a new sweatshirt to be delivered to my home without charge.
Update: the item was delivered to my home today. Thank you
