As per always the items I bought/ordered were of good quality and design.
Picked up from Solihull and the staff were great. Had to exchange 1 item as I felt it was a little bit loose fitting. Process was quick and staff helpful in selecting a replacement

Lovely T shirt I had been wanting but was sold out in the shops. Luckily I got it online through one of their High street shop outlets. They have excellent customer service and customer care should there be any problems. It’s a very good company.

I went into Fat Face in Solihull recently and bought nothing. Well, not strictly true I guess. I did buy the salesperson, Luke.
I knew exactly what I wanted…. But it wasn’t in stock. Luke went through the process very concisely telling me how to go about ordering. He then showed me the item I was looking to buy ….. on the shop computer, in a different colour. I was thrilled as I hadn’t been aware this colour existed.
What a fine representative of great customer service he was.
I shall go back there without a doubt.
