Our on line order was swiftly processed…
Our on line order was swiftly processed and the item was exactly as seen and had the correct size fit. We were disappointed however that the shop we visited were unable to source another dress which we would have also bought. Although they informed us that 2 local shops had this dress in stock and that several remained in the warehouse, these could not be delivered to us or to the local Fatface shop.

Easy and straightforward navigation on the website. Fast delivery and updates regarding delivery.
The only problem is that if PayPal used as payment method the only return option is by post - shops would not accept such returns. Very fast return in the shop. Hoodie purchased was too big for my son, I kept bag - great quality lovely bag which I adore. Great purchase. The refund was processed almost immediately. Fast return, friendly staffReceived back on bank account in next two days.

The clothes are well made, suit all ages. I often buy online which is very convenient, speedy turn about . The sales are frequent and excellant value ,making it affordable for many more. When I buy instore use the staff ,specifically in St Albans , are very personable, helpful . Makes it a lovely experience

Mixed experience…
I returned a skirt and jumper that were too big
The young assistant was very helpful and advised me that if I reordered it in store I wouldn't pay postage.
The jumper did not suit me and the older assistant in the shop was determined to find me something although they. Did not have any other black jumpers ?! I found this annoying and it has put me off returning to the shop.
