Love the dress and colour of the cardigan however the sizing was poor. I usually wear a size 12, the dress was very generous and had to buy a size smaller and the cardigan was too small and had to buy a bigger one

Lovely jumpers.
Fast, reliable service. The jumper was a bargain & fits well. The colour & design received compliments. A very comfortable, warm jumper. I have bought from Fat Face before & have also purchased another, different jumper for myself since. I recommend Fat Face.

The clothes I ordered arrived late and…
The clothes I ordered arrived late and in a torn and hastily re-sealed bag. There was also some sort of diet and grit in the bag. One item was missing, I went into the St Albans branch and they couldn’t deal with the issue and suggested I contact head office. I emailed and got no response. £20 down and no item. I work and have a baby and a toddler so I don’t have unlimited time to chase. The other items that were retuned in branch still have not been refunded (and they said it would take 10 days) this was 6-8 weeks ago.
