Was disappointed I could not get my package delivered to st ives cambridgeshire and had to travel to st neots , also when ordering i was informed i would be notified with 48 hours the date of delivery I order on Thursday 10th April and received an email informing me by package had arrived on Monday 14th April

Since I live near a Fat Face store it is easy to use Click and Collect. It is easy to use and took three days for my order to arrive in store.

Bought a size 10 jacket for my daughter…
Bought a size 10 jacket for my daughter to replace her much loved 4 or 5 year old one. It swamped her. The shop did not have a size 8 so I returned the 10. That was easy and the money was back in my account in 5 days. Result, as so often a refund takes forever to reappear in my account. I went online with some trepidation as I am not the worlds best with technology. It was so easy. I ordered it at 2pm Friday and it arrived 1pm Sunday. Service at its most brilliant. Even better it is a perfect fit.

Staff at St Neots branch are fantastic! Went into store to find something that I saw online in the sale, unfortunately they didn’t have it. However, Janet and her colleague Kayleigh went above and beyond to help my husband and I to find colours and styles that were perfect. Massive thanks to them both to help us come away with a bargain wardrobe for our next holiday.

Negative phone turned positive by shop visit…
Having ordered online and receiving my order within 3 days which was lovely. When inspect one of the items had a hole in it. Rang to find what could be done. Found that answer was not very satisfactory and not very helpful especially as the product had not been inspected before packing.
So on reading on website that I could return to a shop I proceed to St Neots where the staff were very helpful and found the exact item and exchange was made.
The staff on the phone could be more helpful and the suggestion to return the fault item to a local shop would have been a better solution. Make negative experience in to a more positive.

I have been ordering from FatFace for over a year now and I love it! There's so much to choose from, it's got a diverse range of classic Bretons and jeans as well as all sorts of dresses and jumpers. Honestly, if ever I need anything, I look on FF first to see if they have it.
The prices are on the higher side, but the quality and fit is fantastic - I find getting clothes the right size hard (it's always either too tight or too big and baggy), but FF tends to be pretty accurate. I never have to grumble about the quality, unlike some high street shops that I used to go to.
