Great Totnes shop in Devon.
Surprisingly wide range of stock in a small shop. Really helpful and cheerful staff. Lisa was particularly great.

Men’s fairisle hats. Please make sure they are adult size. I luckily tried it on, well tried to, but was so small. I took it back to my local Fatface shop and the assistant went through all of them with me until we found a large one. Most of them were at least two inches too small. There may be a lot of disappointed men this Christmas who have been given hats that they cannot wear! The hat I found has a nice fleecy lining around the ears. I’m hoping it will fit my man. Very helpful assistant.

These are lovely smart, warm long sleeved tops. Great for the cooler weather.

I recently visited the FatFace store in Totnes to buy jeans. I found the staff, Caroline and Lydia incredibly helpful. Great cloths, great service, in a beautiful town. Wonderful. Thank you.

Happy with the cardi that I had seen in store.
I am lucky to have a nearby store to collect from. I previously had sale items that never arrived with a courier. So I prefer to pick up. Staff in Totnes are always friendly.

We popped into FatFace in Totnes on the spur of the moment. We're regular FF customers but it was nice to have a browse at our leisure whilst on holiday. We were made to feel very welcome by both Kate and her colleague who were working in the store that day. We had our 2 Labradors with us and the ladies were mortified that they'd run out of dog treats so Kate ran up the road to replenish stocks! Kate answered some questions I had about out of stocks and was very knowledgeable. Both ladies were extremely helpful. We left the store with some lovely unplanned purchases and two happy Labs!

On a wet day in Totnes wandered into the shop to shelter and was greeted warmly by Caroline who couldn’t have been more helpful. She showed me all of the cardigans available, took me to the disabled changing room and fetched another in the size up so I could compare. Friendly and helpful, thank you :)

Fabulous customer service today in Totnes. Levi was extremely helpful. Looked for the item in the store and out the back and online and eventually found the item hidden in the back of the store...so happy 'Thank You' Outstanding customer service so refreshing these days!

I had to return a coat that unfortunately had a fault , the staff, Caroline and Levi at the Totnes branch of Fatface were extremely helpful and managed to find a replacement very swiftly without any problems. Top marks to them !

Very polite staff, they encouraged me to try on my new coat before leaving the store, it was a great fit and lovely colour.
