Really great customer service - had some returns to process & wanted to purchase a top from the new collection. Andrew double-checked the store if it was in store yet, sadly not but sorted out a home delivery of the item instead for me.

The dreaded jeans buying made easy …
I needed new jeans which I dread buying as there are so many different styles and sizes vary so much. I decided that my favourite store Fatface would be the place to go. A member of staff, Caroline, was so helpful and helped me with style and sizes. She told me about the amazingly comfortable flared jeans and when I tried them on they fitted like a dream. Caroline’s advice was invaluable and she is a real asset to Fatface with her cheerful and welcoming manner. I really appreciated it. In fact, her advice and help was so useful I bought two pairs of jeans! Thank you so much as my shopping experience turned out to be stress free and we had a good laugh!

Great service
Great service, very happy with the product. Our assistant Cristina was excellent. She organized drawing for our grandchildren and helped us choose a gift for our son in law. All with a warm smile. Lovely lady.

Love Fatface
Love Fatface. Always great experience in store face to face with friendly helpful staff. It is great that we have a local boutique in town and I love popping in when I am in the area, usually once a week. I like to keep an eye on the new arrivals which are always fantastically displayed and tempting to purchase. All the staff are happy to help and extremely approachable without being over bearing. May we always have our Fat face boutique in Watford - thank you.

I just bought a nice dress which I was not sure about the size and if the colours would suit me but lovely Cristina helped me decide, very helpful and polite made my choice really easy.
Store was very clean, well organised very easy to look around and the sale items displayed beautifully in size order.
Definitely going back soon!

Sales person was very friendly, patient and respectful
Store was well laid out.
Not always clears what's on sale and what isn't but that's ok as the lady was happy to check.
Fatface is my favourite clothing brand. Buy stuff even if I don't need it!
Good quality clothing that wears well.

Always helpful
I was looking for a bag that I had seen online but was out of stock. I had previously seen it in the Watford branch but couldn’t find it anywhere in store either.
Caroline managed to find one from the stock room for me. Caroline and all the staff at Watford are always helpful, friendly and polite and make shopping a much more pleasant experience, thank you!

Once again, Cristina and Lauren at the Watford Store have come up trumps. They know exactly what I am looking for when I go in. They go straight to the items on the shop floor or even to their backstock for extra items, which they think I may like too.
