Helpful happy store
Manager was super helpful and reserved/held a sweatshirt until I could get in to buy it. Ended up buying a whole load more! Manager and staff were really upbeat, friendly and helpful.

Item was badly stained on front and neckline.I returned item to the shop fortunately they could replace it like for like, although I had to pay the shop and am going to await refund on line. Not at all a good experience !

Ordered on line and opted for the pick up in store as this is free. This is easy, Fatface let you know when the items have arrived at your chosen store, and send a reminder after 5 days. The store staff were polite and efficient and the store was looking lovely when I called in. The Tshirt I purchased is lovely, soft fabric and beautiful design.

Better range of sun hats than the other stores.
Better range of sun hats than the bigger stores don’t seem to have. I found a really lovely ladies sun cap in denim in their sale. Fat face give a good reduction in their sale goods unlike some other chain stores.
