Great store with proactive staff. Nothing too much trouble. Didn’t have correct size so andvised to order on line. Easy to use online order system. Delivered quickly.

I haven’t received my order
I had an email saying it had been dispatched to my chosen store on 2 August but I haven’t had any further messsges today it had arrived. I went into the store on 13 August and it hasn’t arrived there. So I am still waiting

Good in store and online experience
We went into the York store but couldn’t find the item we wanted in the right size. They helped us order it online- we chose express delivery as we were goi g on holiday , and the parcel was with us 36 hours later.
Great quality- men’s chinos- and in a short length. Very pleased overall. Great staff in the shop.
