Good in store and online experience
We went into the York store but couldn’t find the item we wanted in the right size. They helped us order it online- we chose express delivery as we were goi g on holiday , and the parcel was with us 36 hours later.
Great quality- men’s chinos- and in a short length. Very pleased overall. Great staff in the shop.

I ordered a dress for my daughter’s…
I ordered a dress for my daughter’s birthday on click and collect. When I checked with the store to see if it had arrived they advised that it hadn’t and they would investigate. It appears that the courier ‘lost’ the dress and they didn’t have another one to send. To say I was unhappy was an understatement

Exceptional Quality
Had to return this item twice to find the right size (runs large) but it was easy and the turnaround time was fast. The quality of the clothing is always very high!
