Easy to purchase on line and good selection

Buying experience was straightforward, however had some issues with the form to submit address details and had to refresh the page a couple of time as it kept giving errors for missing information.

Easy process to buy and add on extra bits you want. The hard part is deciding which of the amazing climbing frames to go for in the first place!

We have been looking at purchasing a climbing frame for our children for quite some time and we kept coming back to Fatmoose as it offered the best value for money without compromising on the quality!

Update - Mid way through building and if i didnt have someone who knew what they were doing it would be difficult to say the least. Will update on completion but so far so good

Pretty much done - was not easy at all, but we got there in the end. Kids live it, very solid - couple of splits already in the wood but it's wood so not to worried
Instructions - we found some of the Instructions incorrect, the angles on the swing arm and legs was not right other than this generally ok

Purchase process straightforward although more measurements on the diagrams would be useful and real photographs of the products. Added cost of pegs to ensure warranty was an annoying addition. Would also love the option to purchase add-ons such as the swings and towers at a later date.

How do you buy a climbing frame without stress? Go to Fatmoose website and view their fantastic range of climbing fun. Family decision (eventually) opted for slide ,climbing and swing combination. Loads of choice and excellent deals. The only down side was that delivery to the North isles of Scotland wasn't free, but unfortunately it is the price we have to pay (frequently) for living in such an idyllic place. All we have to do now is await delivery and watch the delight on the faces of our very excited children. Hopeful that my review after delivery will be as positive.

Bought the tika treehouse amazing kids love it and have so much fun playing on it. The 10 year guarentee is brilliant but have had no issues with the wood its been out over tge winter and wood looks like new

So easy to buy- love the option of being able to choose with or without the swings and all the extra accessories! Great choice of different styles as well to suits everyone's taste. Can't wait to receive our for my little boys 3rd birthday- he is going to LOVE it!
