Excellent range of products, i found the selection perfect to choose the right equipment and size for my children and garden. My children are so excited to use their new play centre this summer. Very easy to pay and arrange delivery. Highly recommended company

Very easy to buy and simple payment options very happy with the purchase

Lovely company to buy from. Easy to deal with and you have all the information on their website. Can't wait to see my kids reaction when they see their new and super cool climbing frame.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, and haven’t heard from the company yet. Tried to get in touch with them by mail, but until now no response.
Have to say, it is difficult to recommend the company, when their customer service is not existing

Perfectly delevery with all parts neatly packed.
Asembly instructions was easy to understand and follow and final result looks good and gives a solid feel. The kids love it, and our neighboor wanted to know where we brought it 😁

The product itself is of good quality - a lot better quality than anything else I could find in stores in DK without paying a small fortune.

We bought the Banana Beach XXL (just the "standard"; no swings). This meant A LOT of parts. It took a whole day for two people to build the set. But it is sturdy, looks good, and was fairly simple to assemble - it just took a lot of time, as there were many parts.

The kids love it, and play on it every single day.

Product: 4.5 stars
Customer service: 3 stars. Helpful, but only when I contacted them - not much communication started with them, when my order kept on getting lost.

I ordered a playset for my kids february 25, 2021. The amount was taken from my account the very next day.

March 15th: My order is sent, but I never hear from the delivery company, and nothing is delivered.
Over the next couple of days, I am in contact with the company, as my order has been banged up quite a bit. We agree that I will receieve the order + a new slide + a small compensation of 10%.

April 21st: I have recieved a slide, but not the bulk of my order. Turns out the have lost my order. I am promised yet another 10% compensation.

My order is lost a total of three times. (How, why, whose fault it is - I don't know, nor do I really care. I just want my order)

May 12th: I finally recieve my order. Well, most of it - compensation-products are missing + ground anchors. The first promised 10+% refund is recieved - but not the second 10%.

June 3rd: I FINALLY recieve the rest of my order. The promised 10% refund the second time around are not recieved; I don't expect to recieve them

Had some issues with payment as the site kept showing errors, but finally got through. Very pleased with the variety as well as the value.
Looking forward to recieving my product.

The climbing frame we bought lacked basketball nets and football plate.
When I advertised the missing parts, the response from Wickey was "we regret that the product does not live up to your expectations".
It is not a response and the worst service I have ever received.
Stop feeling sorry and send me the missing pieces instead.

Addition: Please note that there are very few bores on this product. You must therefore be proficient with a drill. You have to sand the product yourself so that your child does not get splinters in the fingers. It takes about 20 hours to assemble. The ropes are of very light and poor quality. It has now been added clearly that basketball nets and football plate are not included in the purchase. It wasn't when we ordered.

I øvrigt når du handler med Fatmoose, så kommer produkterne fra Wickey.co, som ikke forstår dansk.

Jeg kan absolut ikke anbefale denne forretning.

Tilføjelse: Vær opmærksom på, at der er meget få forboringer på dette produkt. Du skal derfor være dygtig med en boremaskine. Du skal selv slibe produktet, for at dit barn ikke får splinter i fingrene. Det tager cirka 20 timer at samle. Rebene er af meget let og ringe kvalitet. Det er nu tilføjet tydeligt, at basketballnet og fodbold plade ikke følger med i købet. Det var det ikke, da vi bestilte.

Placed an order weeks ago and have been chasing delivery - Fatmoose keep advising me that the order is with a delivery company who they will not contact for an update. Fatmoose also advise that the delivery will take 8 days from when delivery is booked - not from when ordered. Very difficult to get answers from. Very difficult to get item update. Will be putting in a claim through my credit card company now.

Purports to be UK site with prices in sterling but beware this is a German company. Ordered a £500 plus climbing frame but when the invoice came through they wanted payment in euro with a big charge for exchange rate (well above current). I cancelled order.
