Fat Pirat is GREAT !!

Hi All,
I was playing here did win some did lose some, but was nice. When i was finished my amount was approx 500,- euro's and pushed the pay-out button, status was spinning, after one day someone from FP was calling to tell me that the status of my pay-out request was OK and i should receive it in a couple of day's. 2 day's later i've received it on my account, so it perfect for me, good service nice and friendly employee and professional.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. Reached VIP level 5 and was given access to a VIP manager however after depositing to activate several promotions i have now waited 3 weeks for a reply from the VIP department after not receiving the bonus’ or cashback offered in said promotions. Numerous unanswered emails and told to wait for an email everytime ive contacted live chat. Had a good experience with the site before these issues but seemingly not wanting to honour the promotions they have offered

Still no withdrawal 😡

I have been a member for quite a long time but my latest x 2 withdrawals of £500 on same day has been a week now and same excuses… I’m sick of the excuses they said it will be tomorrow 2 days ago and still nothing… the other sites I use who are similar I never have to wait this long !!! Be warey of this before depositing .
2/2/26 It is now another week and still no funds exactly the same responses, there is a queue, then your priority in the queue… waiting on £1000 it’s awful makes me feel sick to my stomach !

The have now received 1 withdrawal it took 8 working days 🙄

The withdrawals are verry slow

The withdrawals are verry slow.
If you contact someone about it, you always get the same reply.
The site itself is nice to play and deposits are verry fast.
But when it comes to pay out your money, is verry slow.
They really should do something about this proces, cause other sites are much faster.

Bouns/ payout/ the casino just take your money.

The bonus hard so bad, ive spent thousands on this website with little return I’m probably about to£4000 down easy, just lost for words to be honest, try speak to someone, me being a “vip” member, I got though someone in the end and they contacted there bonus department but they couldn’t tell me untill I sent them a email because of security reasons, but Ive had nothing, I want someone my money back because it’s feels like nothing but a scam, I need my verdict from that email I do have screenshots of.

Good experience

I have been on this account for over a year now hadn't won much in the first 6 months, which to be fair is gambling, you win some you loose some. But be willing to loose..
Over the last 6 weeks I won in total 3500 which you can only deposit 500 per day which isn't an issue for me. It's takes around 7 days for the funds to go in but all my withdrawals have gone in minus the currency exchange and I haven't had an issue.. I am now waiting for my final 1000 to go in should be in tomorrow.. also communication on chat is important.. it may be automated but explain your concerns in detail and your issue gets put to the top of the list. All in a good experience over the last two months...

these guys are atrocious

these guys are atrocious. Will take your money from a deposite in 3 seconds but trying to withdraw money is almost impossible. Half the time they take weeks to give you back money and the other half they just don’t approve the withdrawals and consistently cancel them. I recently won a bonus bet of $48 and managed to wager it fully while also getting it up to a profit of over $5,000. Once I had met the full wagering amount of $1,440 (which was the $48 x 30) they then took all the profits I had made away and gave me back a measly $240.

This company isn’t a scam however it’s…

This company isn’t a scam however it’s a very one sided company. You try make withdrawals limited to €500 a day but they can accept an unlimited amount from you per day. Once you process a withdrawal you could be waiting anywhere up to 3 weeks in my case in which I cancelled. I believe they do this knowing full well you’ll be back to spend money in doing so you cancel the withdrawal. If you’ve not been on this site do enter it at all. I’ve requested multiple times to be self excluded indefinitely however they’ve never processed any for of exclusion. No only that the amount of scam texts and emails I’ve received since opening account with thee. Messages I can’t seem to block…. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

However, I must clarify the following:

I did not request account closure.
I submitted a GDPR Data Access Request (Data Report Request), which requires you to provide all personal data processed about me, including account logs, transaction history, communication logs, profiling information, and any data shared with third parties.

Under the GDPR, account closure does not cancel or override my right to access my personal data.

Therefore the following remains in full force:

✔ My GDPR Data Access Request is still active.

You are legally obligated to fulfil it within 30 days of my original request.

✔ Your reference to “no refund after placing a bet” is irrelevant.

I did not request a refund in that email;
I requested my full GDPR data package, which you are obliged to provide regardless of the state of my account.

✔ My request has now exceeded a reasonable waiting time.

You state that the request was forwarded to the appropriate department, yet I have received no document, no timeline, and no confirmation of processing.

Please confirm in writing:

That you acknowledge my GDPR Right of Access request.

The expected date of delivery of my full data package.

That my account was not closed as a substitute for fulfilling your legal obligations.

Once again outstanding service from the casino. I won £500 Thursday and hit withdraw late in the evening. I recieved the money Monday morning , 1 working day later. (Ignoring the weekend) this is now my 4th successful withdrawal in a month.

Withdrawal restrictions on my own money

I have used FatPirate for a while and I am genuinely shocked at how this platform has started operating. I deposited my own money, not a bonus, and was later told I could not withdraw it unless I wagered the full amount. When I questioned this, customer support could not explain why, and gave vague, dismissive answers.

To make matters worse, they later introduced a ten percent stake rule on Live Casino without telling me, which means a one pound bet only counts as ten pence towards wagering. This is a clear tactic to drag out the process and stop you from ever withdrawing what you put in. These changes were introduced after I had already deposited money and played, which is blatantly unethical.

There are also additional charges on deposits and withdrawals that slowly chip away at your balance. Small amounts, but every time, and always in their favour.

Support appears more focused on keeping you depositing than resolving problems. When I said I wanted to close my account, they tried to have a casual conversation instead of addressing the issues. Nothing was taken seriously by the as they operate offshore and therefore feel that rules and regulations do not apply to them.

I have now requested my account to be permanently closed and will be filing a complaint with the gambling commissioner. Based on my experience, this company uses unfair and predatory practices that make it extremely difficult to withdraw your own money. People need to be aware of how this platform operates before they deposit anything.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE DO NOT USE!
